New Patients

Begin the new patient request process. Requests are reviewed before scheduling is finalized.

The request process helps determine whether Sattva Psychiatry is likely to be an appropriate fit before an appointment is confirmed.

Existing Patients

Established patients may use the secure patient portal to view appointments, complete forms, access billing information, and receive practice communications when available.

Portal access is intended for established patients or patients who have received portal access as part of the new patient review process.

Clinical questions

Email is not a substitute for clinical treatment. Medication changes, new symptoms, side effects, treatment recommendations, and concerns requiring medical decision-making generally require an appointment or a more appropriate level of treatment.

Urgent concerns

Email and portal messaging should not be used for emergencies or urgent clinical concerns.

Sattva Psychiatry provides telepsychiatry only to adults physically located in New York, Washington, DC, or Virginia at the time of the appointment.

Patients must confirm their physical location at each visit. Treatment cannot be provided if the patient is outside the states or district where the physician is licensed at the time of the appointment.

Sattva Psychiatry does not provide emergency services or crisis management.
