Clinical Questions
Clinical questions, medication changes, new symptoms, side effects, treatment recommendations, and concerns requiring medical decision-making generally require an appointment or a more appropriate level of treatment.
Portal messaging should not be used for emergencies or urgent clinical concerns.
New patients
Begin with the request process.
The patient portal is for established patients or patients who have received portal access as part of the new patient review process.
To begin as a new patient, submit a new patient request. Requests are reviewed before scheduling is finalized.
